Shipping Your Vintage Clothing
Shipping is free for all gift certificates. Just choose "Gift Certificates" from the shipping menu during checkout.
For all other purchases, choose your shipping destination, "Canada", "United States", or "Outside North America" from the shipping menu during checkout to have the appropriate shipping fees added to your order.
I ship your item(s) out to you within two business days of receiving your payment. I will email you to inform you that your item is being shipped. If you do not receive such notification, please check your email filter as my message may have been junked.
Most items are shipped through Canada Post airmail service and arrive within two weeks. Two weeks is only an average, as the cost effective services offered by Canada Post do not have guaranteed delivery standards. Factors such as poor weather or delays at Customs can impact your time of delivery. I can arrange alternative shipping service if you need an item immediately or by a certain date but there will be additional costs added to your purchase price for such shipping service. If you are interested in arranging special shipping service, please contact me so we can discuss the alternative services available and their cost.
Items are shipped with accurate Customs forms that will identify the goods as vintage or used. Please be aware, that depending on your countries regulations, there may be Custom fees you will be responsible for in order to receive your goods.
