Vintage Clothing Condition & Description
I want you to enjoy the experience of shopping at Wickedly Divine Vintage and I want you to be delighted with every purchase you make here. I take pride in hand-selecting high quality items in excellent condition to ensure customer satisfaction. Vintage goods will usually show some signs of use or wear from their previous life so I spend time carefully inspecting their condition and limit stock selection solely to those items with no, or only minor, imperfections. I do not sell items that I personally would not consider wearable, useable or displayable.I provide a detailed description of each item as well as photographs. The description contains a rating of the item's condition. Any flaws or issues are described and photographed.
Mint: New Old Stock (with or without tags), never worn or like new. No flaws.
Excellent: Gentle wear that does not compromise the item. No flaws.
Very Good: Only very minor flaws and wearable as purchased.
Good: Minor flaws and wearable after care or repairs.
Fair: Significant flaws, repair/restoration is possible but visible when worn.
Poor: As found with serious flaws but useful for study or display or as cutter.
I hand launder all clothing items that can be safely washed. Rarely do I launder New Old Stock items as I want to preserve their condition with intact sales tags or labels. If New Old Stock items have been washed, it will be noted within the description of the item. I do not have access to a reliable dry cleaning service for vintage clothing so I have left dry cleaning, leather cleaning, and cleaning of fragile items up to the buyer. Clothes that can not be safely laundered are aired out for freshness.
